Play League games to level up fast!
League games award 200% more XP compared to a friendly game. Expect huge XP bonuses when playing in the League.
Winning against somebody with similar level can earn you anywhere from 30-50 XP. Beating somebody with a much higher level can make your XP handout go seriously crazy! Case in point, look at this thread started by bosnian000! Can you beat it? =)

The Ļєġєиđs leader Dangersen
4/23/2008
Today, we will take a look at the legends leader Dangersen. He is the leader of the L egends clan and he is working to make the clan as best as possible. Dangersen is a chat admin from Canada. His ranking points right now are 1623. He is ranked 26th best in the country of Canada and 502 in the whole world which isn’t so bad.
Dangersen works really hard as a chat admin in order to make the Power Soccer community better and safer for all of us. He doesn’t really care if he wins or looses a game. He also works very hard to help the legends. He made almost the whole website of the legends which is very nice an you can check it out at http://thelegclan.blogspot.com and it is very well organized and well done and all thanks to this man here Dangersen.
In the website there is a chat room and every day when his favorite hockey teams the Montreal Habs (which I like to call the “abs”) play, he would all ways get in the chat room and change his name so it has something to do with him loving the Habs and he would always shout “GO HABS GO” and it would get annoying because I really don’t like Hockey.
Dangersen is a very friendly guy, he will always accept a challenge no matter who it is, as long as he is not busy and he will always work hard to win the game. In any case he will always find a way to get into the game and play it because he know hows good this Power Soccer game is.
Dangersen’s player statics are:

Upgrading Stats 12-05-2008
What is “the best thing” to upgrade? I will take you throught this in detail…
Please note: There is no definitive answer, this is merely my idea!
Please note 2: There is a rule of “diminution”. This is where a higher stat being upgraded 1 will be less effective than 1 stat being upgraded on a lower one.
Goalkeepers:
Reaction + Grip - If a keeper can save everything then everything is good!
Speed - Keepers are quite slow, so this is always useful
Passing - Not needed as it souldn’t be hard to roll it out a few yards or punt it upfield (in which case accuracy isn’t needed)
Defenders:
Tackling - Tackling stops the defence being broken, the key stat to a defender
Speed - This is high on every player’s list. For defenders getting to those longballs first is handy
Sprint - Less important than speed but to the same effect
Passing - A defender does need to pass out of defence, but this is not a main stat
Technique - When a defender is in possession you do not want him to be tackled so this is needed a little, but normally the ball is passed away quickly
Shooting - Not needed at all unless there is bugs, which you shouldn’t be using!
Midfielders:
Passing - Midfielders provide the crucial pass through to break the defence whether from the wing or down the middle. A midfielder’s main stat
Speed - Useful for midfielders to give them time for the crucial pass
Sprint - See “Sprint” in defenders
Technique/Shooting/Tackling - Completely depends on the players role. IF he is an attacking midfielder then Shooting, then technique and tackling is not needed. For a central midfielder without attacking intent (club member’s attitude option) or having it facing backwards, tackling as the player is far back, technique and shooting is not needed. For a winger, technique is needed so they aren’t tackled on their runs down the wings, so this is first, followed by shooting and tackling, although these 2 have no need for upgraded.
Strikers:
Shooting - Key to scoring and that is the striker’s job. Key stat
Speed - Crucial to run away from defence
Sprint - See “Sprint” in defenders
Technique - Needed so defenders can’t tackle your players
Passing - Occasionally a striker needs to pass, needed rarely
Taackling - Almost never needed, don’t upgrade
P.S. Do not look at my players for a good idea, i mucked up mine!

Hi all. I see a lot of new users asking about the controls. Here they are…
Attacking:
Q = through pass. this is very helpful in ripping defences apart if uyou time it right then u go through for a easy goal
e = dribble. this is a way to get round tackles if you time perfectly.
W= sprint. This is handy for getting through the defence and scoring a goal Easily. It also helps for defending too when you need to get back in time.
A = Long pass. The long pass is very useful like the through pass. Except the long pass is up in the air and helps with crosses in order to volley.
S = short pass. this is like the long pass except it not in the air it helps when u do 1-2 or pass the ball up to your striker without him missing it unlike the through pass which u will sometimes miss.
the final one is the D button
D = Shoot. this is the main key most of the users use. This allows you to do many things. shoot, volley, kinda cross (i rather use long pass) and many other aspects you will find.
Defending:
q-nothing
e-nothing
a-gliding tackle. this is the slide tackle. you should only use this when necessery. time it perfectly or it will result in a foul.
s-change player. this helps for when you want to get to your last man who is in defence back to tackle, change to him and get him to tackle the opposition
d-tackle. This is the main tackle. use this instead of the glide tackle. you won’t foul if you use this, and in my opinion it easier to tackle with.
well I get a lot of people asking me how to bend a freekick. Move your arrow keys to a certain side of the wall. then hold “s” and move the arrow keys till the ball bents in the net. Hold “d” until the greenbar shows up and let go to let it shoot. 90% of the time u will score.
Hope u liked my tutorial.
P.S: if you can’t be bothered learning them use the spacebar; it does everything. But I think you’d enjoy using the keys more.
